employee representation in groups of companies, David GUILLOUET began his professional career in 1999 in the labour and employment law department of CMS FRANCIS LEFEBVRE<\/p><p>In 2005, he founded Voltaire Avocats.<\/p><p>David GUILLOUET mainly assists clients in labour and employment law advice and litigation and more specifically on matters relating to employee representation, in which he is a recognised specialist.<\/p><p>He regularly works with various training organizations (Francis Lefebvre Formation, Liaisons sociales\u2026). He is also a lecturer at the University of Paris II-Panth\u00e9on Assas and the University of Lille II.
