A graduate of the DESS in Employment law (DPRT) from the University of Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas and of a specialized Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources and International Mobility Management from the \u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure de Cachan, Jo\u00eblle MUCHADA began her career in 2006.

Before joining Voltaire Avocats, she worked within the Employment Law departments of leading business law firms such as De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, Linklaters, and GFP Avocats.

She advises French and international group of companies on the strategic management of employment-related legal issues, organizational changes, and the implementation of their human resources strategies. She also assists her clients in employment litigation, both individual and collective. Jo\u00eblle has developed recognized expertise in handling the employment aspects of M&A and Private Equity transactions (restructurings, business transfers, growth operations, mergers, etc.).

She works in French, Spanish, and English.<\/p>

Jo\u00eblle contributes to the development of the International Labour Law Network (ILLN), of which Voltaire Avocats is one of the founding firms.


She is listed in Best Lawyers.

She is also a member of AIJA \u2013 the International Association of Young Lawyers \u2013 where she served as National Representative for France for three years, and of the IPBA \u2013 the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.

Jo\u00eblle currently serves as Delegate of the Paris Bar President to the Paris Employment Tribunal (Conseil de prud\u2019hommes de Paris).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
