pr\u00e9vention et la gestion des impacts sanitaires et sociaux li\u00e9s aux vagues de froid 2018-2019, qui, sauf erreur, est toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 en l\u2019absence de mise \u00e0 jour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Cette instruction minist\u00e9rielle comporte diff\u00e9rentes fiches, dont celle num\u00e9rot\u00e9e 8 et relative au \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">milieu de travail<\/em><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Dans cette fiche 8, sont rappel\u00e9es les mesures visant \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s et s\u2019imposant aux employeurs et ce, afin de limiter les accidents du travail li\u00e9s \u00e0 de telles conditions climatiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, exerc\u00e9s par les services de l\u2019inspection du travail pour s\u2019assurer du respect, par les employeurs, de leurs obligations r\u00e9glementaires et d\u2019une bonne \u00e9valuation du risque, adapt\u00e9e au facteur \u00ab grand froid \u00bb, pouvant entra\u00eener notamment la notification d\u2019une mise en demeure, voire l\u2019engagement d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de sanction en cas de manquement constat\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0,
