{"id":20514,"date":"2022-05-03T12:57:22","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T10:57:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/paiement-dune-prime-et-charge-de-la-preuve\/"},"modified":"2022-09-19T14:50:35","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T12:50:35","slug":"paiement-dune-prime-et-charge-de-la-preuve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/fr\/paiement-dune-prime-et-charge-de-la-preuve\/","title":{"rendered":"Paiement d\u2019une prime et charge de la preuve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">La Cour de cassation rappelle, dans un arr\u00eat rendu le 21 avril 2022 (<em>n\u00b0 20-22.826<\/em>), les r\u00e8gles probatoires devant \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es en cas de demande de paiement d\u2019une prime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Au cas particulier, une salari\u00e9e est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e inapte \u00e0 son poste par la m\u00e9decine du travail \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un second examen m\u00e9dical.
