rgb(0, 0, 0);\">passeport pr\u00e9vention.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ce passeport a <\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">vocation \u00e0 regrouper les attestations, certificats et dipl\u00f4mes obtenus par le salari\u00e9\u00a0en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Il est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts mandat\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et les partenaires sociaux et sera mis en oeuvre \u00e0 partir d<\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">&lsquo;avril 2023<\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">La publication du d\u00e9cret d\u2019application pr\u00e9voyant les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre de ce passeport et de sa mise \u00e0 disposition aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019employeur \u00e9tait attendue pour octobre 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Elle est finalement intervenue le 30 d\u00e9cembre dernier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Le d\u00e9cret publi\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit notamment, s\u2019agissant du <\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">contenu du passeport de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">,\u00a0que ce dernier est compos\u00e9 des attestations, certificats et dipl\u00f4mes dispens\u00e9s en interne au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise ou en externe par le biais d&rsquo;organisme de formation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Il ajoute que seront exclues les \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">formations\u00a0dispens\u00e9es ant\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre effective de ce dispositif\u00a0\u00bb <\/em><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">et que le d\u00e9ploiement du passeport devra se faire <\/span><em style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00ab\u00a0de fa\u00e7on progressive\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">, en priorisant les formations obligatoires sp\u00e9cifiques au titre du\u00a0Code du travail\u00a0(Amiante, Travaux sous tension, travaux en hauteur, travaux hyperbares, appareils de levage ou \u00e9quipement de travail mobile auto-moteur \u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Concernant les <\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">modalit\u00e9s de mise \u00e0 disposition du passeport \u00e0 l\u2019employeur<\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">, il dispose que le salari\u00e9 peut donner son accord pour un acc\u00e8s, total ou partiel, par son employeur, au passeport, ou lui refuser cet acc\u00e8s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><a
