En attendant, place au plan de gestion des vagues de chaleur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Le Minist\u00e8re de la transition \u00e9cologique et de la coh\u00e9sion des territoires a tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plan de gestion des vagues de chaleur, comportant, entre autres, des mesures pour les travailleurs et les entreprises (cf. \u00ab&nbsp;Axe 3&nbsp;\u00bb, pages 12 et suivantes).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Parmi ces mesures, figurent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un guide \u00e0 destination des entreprises concernant les travaux r\u00e9alisables dans les bureaux,<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">la communication sur les comportements \u00e0 adopter dans son bureau,<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Et le renforcement des contr\u00f4les de l\u2019inspection du travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Sur ce dernier point, il est indiqu\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>En fonction de leurs constats, les agents de contr\u00f4le pourront mobiliser les dispositions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des locaux de travail qui pr\u00e9voient : <\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><em>&#8211; l\u2019obligation de proc\u00e9der au renouvellement de l\u2019air dans les locaux de travail (articles R. 4222- 1 et suivants du code du travail),<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><em>&nbsp;&#8211; l\u2019obligation de mettre \u00e0 disposition des boissons (article R. 4225-2 et suivants), <\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><em>&#8211; l\u2019obligation de prot\u00e9ger les travailleurs des conditions climatiques, dans la mesure du possible, lorsqu\u2019ils sont employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur (article R. 4225-1 du code du travail). <\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><em>Ces dispositions peuvent donner lieu \u00e0 la notification d\u2019une demande de v\u00e9rification et\/ou d\u2019une mise en demeure pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 proc\u00e8s-verbal.
