black;\">Le 26 juillet 2023, l\u2019UNEDIC a mis \u00e0 jour sa circulaire relative \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Les fiches techniques formant la circulaire n\u00b0 2021-13 du 19 octobre 2021 sont ainsi actualis\u00e9es pour tenir compte de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur au 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: black;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: black;\"> f\u00e9vrier 2023 de la r\u00e9forme de la r\u00e9glementation d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage issue du d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2023-33 du 26 janvier 2023, pris en application de la loi n\u00b02022-1598 du 21 d\u00e9cembre 2022, et portant modification du d\u00e9cret n\u00b02019-797 du 26 juillet 2019 relatif au r\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">L\u2019actualisation porte notamment sur les dispositions suivantes\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0l\u2019application d\u2019un coefficient r\u00e9ducteur de 0,75 \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e d\u2019indemnisation notifi\u00e9e, quel que soit l\u2019\u00e9tat de la conjoncture ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0les dur\u00e9es minimale (182 jours) et maximale d\u2019indemnisation restent inchang\u00e9es puisqu\u2019elles tiennent compte de la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un allongement de la dur\u00e9e du droit en cas de conjoncture d\u00e9grad\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0l\u2019octroi d\u2019un compl\u00e9ment de fin de droits (CFD) pour les allocataires dont le reliquat de droits n\u2019exc\u00e8de pas 30 jours, en cas de d\u00e9gradation du taux de ch\u00f4mage\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0l\u2019octroi d\u2019un compl\u00e9ment de fin de formation (CFF) d\u2019une dur\u00e9e identique \u00e0 celle du CFD dans la limite toutefois de la dur\u00e9e de la formation, dans certaines conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Par ailleurs,\u00a0la circulaire int\u00e8gre :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0les dispositions relatives \u00e0 la pr\u00e9somption de d\u00e9mission en cas d\u2019abandon de poste, assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 un cas de ch\u00f4mage volontaire ne permettant pas une indemnisation au titre du ch\u00f4mage\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0les conditions de non-cumul de l\u2019allocation ch\u00f4mage avec les pensions de retraite pour d\u00e9part anticip\u00e9 qui seront applicables \u00e0 partir du 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: black;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: black;\"> septembre 2023\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0la revalorisation de l\u2019ensemble des param\u00e8tres de calcul de l\u2019allocation intervenue au 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: black;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: black;\"> juillet 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><a
