{"id":23693,"date":"2023-10-13T13:20:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T11:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/actualisation-le-12-octobre-2023-du-bulletin-officiel-de-la-securite-sociale\/"},"modified":"2023-10-13T13:20:29","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T11:20:29","slug":"actualisation-le-12-octobre-2023-du-bulletin-officiel-de-la-securite-sociale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/fr\/actualisation-le-12-octobre-2023-du-bulletin-officiel-de-la-securite-sociale\/","title":{"rendered":"Actualisation le 12 octobre 2023 du Bulletin Officiel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 30, 41);\">Aux termes d\u2019un communiqu\u00e9 du <\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">12 octobre 2023, <\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">le<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 30, 41);\"> Bulletin officiel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (BOSS) pr\u00e9voit une augmentation du plafond de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale de<\/span> <span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">5,4&nbsp;% par rapport au niveau de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">Le plafond annuel de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sera fix\u00e9 \u00e0 46.368&nbsp;\u20ac au 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\"> janvier 2024. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">Le plafond mensuel s\u2019\u00e9tablira donc \u00e0 3&nbsp;864&nbsp;\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">Ce communiqu\u00e9 rappelle \u00e9galement que le plafond de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 en 2023 (+ 6,9&nbsp;%), apr\u00e8s trois ann\u00e9es de stabilit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">L\u2019augmentation pour 2024&nbsp;prend en compte l\u2019\u00e9volution du salaire moyen par t\u00eate en application des dispositions de l\u2019article D. 242-17&nbsp;du code de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248); color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248); color: rgb(33, 37, 41);\">Un arr\u00eat\u00e9 fixant le niveau du plafond sera publi\u00e9 avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);
