{"id":25196,"date":"2024-06-05T08:57:02","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T06:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/?p=25196"},"modified":"2024-06-05T08:57:03","modified_gmt":"2024-06-05T06:57:03","slug":"publication-dun-guide-ministeriel-sur-lapprentissage-et-le-handicap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/fr\/publication-dun-guide-ministeriel-sur-lapprentissage-et-le-handicap\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication d\u2019un guide minist\u00e9riel sur l\u2019apprentissage et le handicap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Le Minist\u00e8re du Travail de la Sant\u00e9 et des Solidarit\u00e9s a publi\u00e9 le 30 mai dernier un <em>\u00ab&nbsp;guide apprentissage et handicap&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> \u00e0 destination des apprentis, des centres de formation et des employeurs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Au sein de ce dernier, il rappelle notamment que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Le contrat d\u2019apprentissage est accessible d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de seize ans et, pour les apprentis b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u2019une reconnaissance de la qualit\u00e9 de travailleur handicap\u00e9 (RQTH), <u>sans limite d\u2019\u00e2ge maximal<\/u>&nbsp;(Article L. 6222-2 du Code du travail) ;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pour faciliter la formation du jeune travailleur handicap\u00e9, <u>certaines r\u00e8gles du contrat d\u2019apprentissage sont am\u00e9nag\u00e9es,<\/u> comme la dur\u00e9e du contrat d\u2019apprentissage qui peut \u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 quatre ans (Articles L. 6222-37 et R. 6222-45 \u00e0 R. 6222-51 du Code du travail).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/actualites\/l-actualite-du-ministere\/article\/apprentissage-et-handicap-un-guide-pour-les-entreprises-et-les-apprentis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/actualites\/l-actualite-du-ministere\/article\/apprentissage-et-handicap-un-guide-pour-les-entreprises-et-les-apprentis<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Minist\u00e8re du Travail de la Sant\u00e9 et des Solidarit\u00e9s a publi\u00e9 le 30 mai dernier un \u00ab&nbsp;guide apprentissage et handicap&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 destination des apprentis, des centres de formation et des employeurs.
