{"id":26331,"date":"2024-11-26T22:01:56","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T21:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/les-partenaires-sociaux-ont-signe-la-nouvelle-convention-relative-a-lassurance-chomage\/"},"modified":"2024-11-26T22:01:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T21:01:57","slug":"les-partenaires-sociaux-ont-signe-la-nouvelle-convention-relative-a-lassurance-chomage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voltaire-avocats.com\/fr\/les-partenaires-sociaux-ont-signe-la-nouvelle-convention-relative-a-lassurance-chomage\/","title":{"rendered":"Les partenaires sociaux ont sign\u00e9 la nouvelle convention relative \u00e0 l\u2019Assurance ch\u00f4mage."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l\u2019UNEDIC du 22 novembre 2024, la convention et ses annexes sont entre les mains du Premier ministre en vue de leur agr\u00e9ment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Une fois agr\u00e9\u00e9e, la <\/span><u style=\"color: black;\">convention sera en vigueur pour une dur\u00e9e de quatre ans.<\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Rappelons que par D\u00e9cret 2024-963 du 29 octobre 2024 publi\u00e9 au JO le 30 octobre 2024, l\u2019application des r\u00e8gles actuelles de l\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">La convention du 15 novembre 2024 agr\u00e9\u00e9e s\u2019appliquera \u00e0 compter du 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: black;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: black;\"> janvier 2025 aux demandeurs d\u2019emploi dont la fin de contrat de travail interviendra \u00e0 compter de cette date, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de ceux concern\u00e9s par une proc\u00e9dure de licenciement engag\u00e9e ant\u00e9rieurement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Pour des raisons op\u00e9rationnelles de mise en \u0153uvre, l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de certaines \u00e9volutions r\u00e9glementaires est n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9vue au 1<\/span><sup style=\"color: black;\">er<\/sup><span style=\"color: black;\"> avril 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: black;\">S\u2019agissant des principales \u00e9volutions concernant les seniors, les dur\u00e9es d\u2019indemnisation maximales sont de 22,5 mois (685 jours) pour les allocataires \u00e2g\u00e9s de 55 ans et 56 ans et de 27 mois (822 jours) pour les allocataires \u00e2g\u00e9s de 57 ans et plus. Il est possible d\u2019obtenir un allongement de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019indemnisation en cas de suivi d\u2019une formation en cours d\u2019indemnisation pour tous les allocataires \u00e2g\u00e9s de 55 ans et plus.
