L. 2242-2-1), les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cette n\u00e9gociation devant \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par voie r\u00e9glementaire. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais chose faite avec la publication au Journal Officiel du 28 d\u00e9cembre 2025 d&rsquo;un d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2025-1348.
