Le texte doit maintenant \u00eatre examin\u00e9 par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mesure principale permettrait aux salari\u00e9s de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, de fa\u00e7on anticip\u00e9e, une partie de leur \u00e9pargne issue de la participation ou de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, \u00e0 condition que ces sommes aient \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es avant le 1er janvier 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9blocage serait possible pendant un an apr\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la loi, dans la limite de 5 000 euros. L\u2019argent retir\u00e9 devrait servir \u00e0 financer des d\u00e9penses (biens ou services) et ne pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 qu\u2019en une seule fois.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Certaines sommes resteraient exclues, notamment celles plac\u00e9es sur un plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne retraite ou dans des fonds solidaires. Dans certains cas, l\u2019accord de l\u2019employeur serait n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le texte pr\u00e9voit aussi d\u2019ajouter deux nouvelles situations permettant de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son \u00e9pargne plus t\u00f4t :<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la naissance ou l\u2019adoption d\u2019un enfant (sans condition sur le nombre d\u2019enfants, alors qu\u2019actuellement, seule la naissance ou l\u2019adoption d\u2019un 3e enfant peut permettre un d\u00e9blocage anticip\u00e9) ; <\/li>\n<li>un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 grave concernant un enfant (maladie, handicap ou accident). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La proposition de loi comprend \u00e9galement des ajustements pour faciliter la reprise d\u2019entreprises par les salari\u00e9s via des fonds d\u00e9di\u00e9s (FCPE), ainsi que des dispositions pour am\u00e9liorer la transmission d\u2019informations entre les organismes gestionnaires.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senat.fr\/travaux-parlementaires\/textes-legislatifs\/la-loi-en-clair\/proposition-de-loi-visant-au-renforcement-de-lattractivite-de-lepargne-salariale-et-a-la-mise-en-oeuvre-dune-procedure-de-deblocage-exceptionnelle.html\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.senat.fr\/travaux-parlementaires\/textes-legislatifs\/la-loi-en-clair\/proposition-de-loi-visant-au-renforcement-de-lattractivite-de-lepargne-salariale-et-a-la-mise-en-oeuvre-dune-procedure-de-deblocage-exceptionnelle.html<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 7 avril 2026, le S\u00e9nat a adopt\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re lecture une proposition de loi visant \u00e0 faciliter le d\u00e9blocage anticip\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale.
