Joëlle MUCHADA

A graduate of the DESS in Employment law (DPRT) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and of a specialized Master’s degree in Human Resources and International Mobility Management from the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Joëlle MUCHADA began her career in 2006.
Before joining Voltaire Avocats, she worked within the Employment Law departments of leading business law firms such as De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, Linklaters, and GFP Avocats.
She advises French and international group of companies on the strategic management of employment-related legal issues, organizational changes, and the implementation of their human resources strategies. She also assists her clients in employment litigation, both individual and collective. Joëlle has developed recognized expertise in handling the employment aspects of M&A and Private Equity transactions (restructurings, business transfers, growth operations, mergers, etc.).
She works in French, Spanish, and English.
Joëlle contributes to the development of the International Labour Law Network (ILLN), of which Voltaire Avocats is one of the founding firms.
She is listed in Best Lawyers.
She is also a member of AIJA – the International Association of Young Lawyers – where she served as National Representative for France for three years, and of the IPBA – the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
Joëlle currently serves as Delegate of the Paris Bar President to the Paris Employment Tribunal (Conseil de prud’hommes de Paris).
