Pierre-Antoine Vilaire
Lawyer
Pierre-Antoine Vilaire holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Protection Law from the University of Rennes, as well as a Master’s degree in Private Litigation from the University of Le Mans. He has been working for several years as a lawyer specializing in employment law, with leading law firms.
After a first significant experience at Lusis Avocats, where he was involved from 2017 to 2019 in complex advisory and employment litigation cases, he joined Capstan Avocats in January 2020. Here, he is developing in-depth expertise in assisting companies in all sectors – major international groups, listed companies, innovative SMEs and start-ups – with all individual and collective labor law issues.
His practice covers the management of individual relations (hiring, mobility, breach of employment contract, disciplinary situations), negotiation and collective relations (setting up and running staff representative bodies, negotiating collective agreements), as well as support for reorganization and social transformation operations.
He is also involved in litigation, representing and defending the interests of companies before all French courts, particularly in sensitive labor disputes or high-stakes collective disputes.
He joined Voltaire Avocats in September 2025 to continue his commitment alongside companies in securing and promoting their social projects.
